Terms and Conditions of Cardholders

1. You must be over the age of 50 to apply for the NRN Discounts. Businesses (at their discretion) may request proof of age.

2. The NRN Discount card is not transferable and remains the property of the National Retirement Network.

3. Members should advise the National Retirement Network if address or any other pertinent information changes.

4. No refunds on membership are available.

5. If a card is lost or stolen a replacement card can be issued. A small S&H charge may be applicable.

6. All members are bound by the NRN Discounts Terms and Conditions.

Business Membership Terms and Conditions

1. The proposed “discount” offer will be available to NRN Discount card holders.

2. We do not make any representation for a minimum number of sales results from our program.

3. NRN Discounts may refuse your business into the program at any time.

4. The discount offer cannot be changed without disclosing the change to NRN Discounts.

5. The offer must remain valid for a 12 month period.

6. If NRN Discounts determines that your business is participating in illegal or unethical business practices or is not complying with our program conditions as outlined, we may withdraw your membership.

7. If your discount is withdrawn from card members, your membership ceases.

8. The NRN Discounts logo may be displayed only by businesses in the membership program.
